Bee Care — Starting with monitoring the health of queen bees and worker bees, providing supplementary feeding during flower shortage periods, controlling pests and diseases to maintain strong colonies for continuous honey production.
Harvesting — Beekeepers select only fully ripened honeycombs sealed with beeswax. Fully ripened honey has high concentration and excellent quality. It’s then immediately processed at our nearby factory to maintain freshness.
Flower Source Rotation — The bee farm plans hive relocation according to flowering seasons. For example, during December-February, hives move to longan orchards for pure
longan honey. During other periods, bees collect from various wildflowers.
